Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• RN - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and surgical services staff.
• Promotes quality through clinical expertise and acts as a change agent when staffing or caseload demands require clinical care.
