Job summary

Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking an RN Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator to mentor and develop our nursing team through orientation, competency development, and ongoing clinical support.

You'll be visible in the building, collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator, and play a key role in quality initiatives, infection prevention, and survey readiness while helping nurses advance into future leadership roles.

Responsibilities
