Dartmouth Health is seeking an RN Clinical Educator in Vermont to establish staff learning needs and design education programs focused on clinical staff. The role ensures mandatory education requirements are met and properly recorded.

Requirements include BSN, Masters in health-related field with Simulation experience preferred, at least two years clinical experience, Vermont RN license or eligibility, current BLS with ability to obtain within 6 months, and BLS instructor preferred or within 1

Qualifications

• BSN required, Masters in health related field and Simulation experience preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical experience.
• RN license in the State of Vermont or eligibility Vermont licensure.
• Current BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire.
• Current BLS instructor preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish staff learning needs and design programs to address those needs, focusing on clinical staff.
• Ensure organizational regulatory requirements for mandatory education are met and recorded.
