Dartmouth Health is seeking an RN Clinical Educator to assess staff learning needs and design targeted programs for clinical staff. The role emphasizes meeting regulatory requirements for mandatory education and accurate record-keeping.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an advanced degree, and has clinical experience with likely exposure to simulations; Vermont RN licensure and BLS certification are required, with provisions for obtaining remaining credentials.
The RN Clinical Educator is responsible for establishing staff learning needs and designing programs to address those needs, with a primary focus on clinical staff. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s regulatory requirements for mandatory education are met and recorded.
BSN required, Masters in health related field and Simulation experience preferred. Minimum two years clinical experience. RN license in the State of Vermont or eligibility Vermont licensure. Current BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire. Current BLS instructor preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
