Verland seeks an RN Clinical Nurse Educator to lead nursing education programs and staff development. You will design, implement, and evaluate educational activities, and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care across our facilities.

You will provide orientation, ongoing training on practice standards, and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required.
• RN license in PA.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing with an education background.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs and workshops.
• Provide orientation and ongoing clinical training for staff.
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and drive quality improvement in care.
