Job summary

Inizio Engage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver educational support to Mental Health and Behavioral Health offices across a defined territory. You will present disease state information and training to healthcare professionals, using approved client materials and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN licensure, pharma experience, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required to offices and conferences; you will work with the Client Account

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or HCP-facing clinical education.
• Territory management experience in sales or education.
• Neuro/psych experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
• Ability to present to various groups including physicians and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable organizational skills.
• A self-starter with high personal motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update knowledge base.
• Willingness to travel including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and education to Healthcare Professionals in a variety of offices and facilities within a defined geographic territory.
• Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
• Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or by the client, without changes.
• Attend and complete all required training and competency assessments as required.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors as determined by Client Account Manager.
• Consider new approaches that could develop partnerships.
• Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner (reports, expenses, emails).
• Maintain professional registrations as required by state laws.
• Attend local and national meetings to stay current with plans and developments.
• Maintain all company equipment and materials per instructions.
• Comply with Inizio Engage and Client policies.
• Be contactable during working hours.
• Possess a full valid US driver’s license.
• Perform other duties as requested.
