Inizio Engage is seeking an RN-licensed Clinical Educator to deliver disease-state education to Healthcare Professionals across the Arizona territory, ensuring all activities meet company and client standards.

You will demonstrate approved programs, support clinicians with product knowledge, travel as needed including overnights, and develop relationships with key customers while completing required training and compliance tasks to support improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or HCP-facing Clinical Educator role.
• Territory management experience in sales or education.
• Neuro/psych experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
• Ability to present to physicians and other office staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with high personal motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Willingness to travel including overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide product demonstration and education to Healthcare Professionals in a defined geographic territory.
• Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals according to each office's needs.
• Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or by the client.
• Attend and complete all required training and competency assessments.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate services across multiple healthcare sectors as determined by the Client Account Manager.
• Consider new and innovative approaches to develop partnership opportunities.
• Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner (reports, emails, expenses).
• Maintain professional registration and licensing as required by state laws.
• Attend local and national meetings/conferences as required to stay informed.
• Maintain all company equipment and materials as instructed.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Be contactable during working hours.
• Possess a full valid US driver's license.
• Perform other duties as requested.
