Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial and ongoing competency processes for the assigned department.
• Assess, develop, and implement learning needs of the unit/department.
• Coach staff through clinical advancement processes and promote evidence-based practice.
• Provide an environment for learning and adult education.
• Support continuous performance improvement aligned with hospital targets.
