Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years experience in health care, hospital setting preferred.
• RN and BLS certifications required; CPI training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial and ongoing competency processes for the department.
• Assess, develop, and implement learning needs with managers and clinical leaders.
• Model lifelong learning and coach staff through clinical advancement.
• Identify educational needs related to changes in service, equipment, or technique.
• Implement programs using internal and external resources.
• Foster professional growth and evidence-based practice adoption.
• Provide an environment conducive to adult learning with varied teaching styles.
• Support performance improvement aligned with hospital targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
