Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City seeks an RN Clinical Education Consultant to provide clinical and educational expertise across the system. You will design and implement professional development activities, analyze quality data, and drive evidence-based practice changes to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires nursing licensure in Oklahoma with BLS certification, plus 5 years of clinical and teaching experience.

Qualifications

5 years of recent clinical practice with demonstration of progressive teaching experience.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, allied health or related field.
RN licensure in Oklahoma or multi-state license via compact (eNLC)
BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

Assess education and competency needs from quality and HR reports and direct observation.
Identify trends and perform gap analyses between current and desired outcomes.
Set goals for professional development programs and learning activities.
Design and facilitate programs using adult learning theory and evidence.
Evaluate effectiveness of education or process changes.
Coordinate and facilitate complex education and professional development programs.
