Job summary

INTEGRIS Health seeks an RN Clinical Development Specialist in Oklahoma City to lead orientation and competency development for nursing staff. You will drive ongoing education, implement new policies, and collaborate with clinical education and leadership to close learning gaps.

The role focuses on safety, evidence-based practice, and mentoring to enhance recruitment, retention and inclusivity within the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent acute care RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in OK or multi-state license (eNLC).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and competency development for nursing staff in collaboration with leadership and clinical education.
• Facilitate ongoing education related to treatment changes and practices.
• Implement new or revised policies, initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Assess learning needs and address gaps with clinical education and leadership.
• Promote patient and caregiver safety using nursing processes and standards.
• Mentor nursing staff to support recruitment, retention and inclusivity.
