INTEGRIS Health is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Education Consultant - Intermediate Care at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on assessing education needs, designing training programs, and leading accreditation initiatives across the system.

Qualified candidates will have 5 years of clinical practice with teaching experience, a nursing degree, and an Oklahoma RN license or eNLC eligibility. Master’s degree preferred and opportunities for professional growth noted.

Qualifications

5 years of recent clinical practice with demonstration of progressive teaching experience
Bachelor's degree in nursing, allied health or related field
RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC member state, BLS certification

Responsibilities

Assesses education, professional development and competency needs through analysis of quality and HR reports and direct observation.
Identifies trends and conducts gap analyses between current and desired outcomes.
Establishes goals for professional development programs and learning activities.
Designs and facilitates education programs using adult learning theory and evidence.
Evaluates effectiveness of education interventions.
Coordinates and facilitates complex education programs.
Assists with accreditation preparation.
Plans and coordinates implementation of new technology and clinical practice models.
Leads organizational strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
