Job summary

Vitruvian Health in the northwest Georgia region seeks a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to review patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of care and resource use.

You will query physicians when documentation is unclear, and act as a bridge between Health Information Management, Coding, and clinical staff. This full-time role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years RN experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• RN license with valid CPR/BLS certification.
• 3–5 years nursing experience as RN; 2 years clinical.
• Utilization Review experience preferred; strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records to ensure complete documentation of care.
• Query physicians when documentation is unclear or deficient.
• Collaborate between Health Information Management, Coding, and clinical staff.
• Operate with minimal supervision; non-patient facing role.
