Job summary

Vitruvian Health seeks a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (RN) to review patient records, ensure accurate documentation, and query physicians when needed. You will bridge HIM, Coding, and clinical teams to support high-quality care documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure evidenced by primary source.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or ARC preferred.
• Three to five years nursing experience as an RN with two years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records to ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Queries physicians when documentation is unclear or deficient.
• Serves as bridge between Health Information Management, Coding, and clinical staff.
• Practices with minimum supervision from another licensed professional.
• Not a patient-facing role.
