Job summary

Henry Ford Health Providence Southfield is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit. This part-time role covers 24 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, in a collaborative specialty environment focused on patient-centered care.

As a member of our nursing team you will lead and coordinate care using the nursing process, assess and plan, delegate tasks, and communicate with the health care team to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
