Sometimes an emergency department visit is not long enough to understand a patient's condition, or they may need additional time/treatment to get better. Tradition Hospital's Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) cares for patients who are awaiting test results to determine if they can be discharged safely or if they need to be admitted.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
