AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a qualified Nursing Data Specialist to manage Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) data and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely submission, and collaboration with clinical teams.

The position requires RN licensure, an Associate's in Nursing, and preferably a Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year of BMT experience. It offers a full-time schedule with a Day shift and hybrid location at 601 E Rollins St, Orlando.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze data accurately and identify trends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to organize work to meet standards and deadlines.
• Ability to ensure quality control across data processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report patient engraftment data to track clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate with BMT data staff to ensure secure, accurate, and timely submission of data forms.
• Implement and evaluate patient and program data for the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program.
• Manage workflow processes and serve as a resource for staff and physicians regarding standards and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and NMDP regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
