You will mentor staff, coordinate coverage, and support administrative coverage in the manager’s absence. The ideal candidate holds Virginia RN licensure, BSN is preferred, and brings supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia or a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise patient care during assigned shifts.
• Make rounds on all patients to ensure current clinical standards are met.
• Coordinate staffing levels and proactively pursue coverage for call-ins and vacancies.
