Job summary

TriCities Hospital, part of HCA Virginia Health System, seeks a Clinical Coordinator RN for our Step Down Unit. You will provide and coordinate high-quality patient care while serving as a clinical resource and leader for bedside staff.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily patient flow, mentor nurses, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote safety and quality outcomes in an advanced southern Virginia healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia or eligible.
• Experience in step-down/telemetry units preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills.
