Centerpoint - Winchester, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit. This full-time day shift offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a 3x12 schedule with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff scheduling and education, leading QA/QI initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards while supporting safe, efficient patient care.

Formación

• RN licensed in KY or compact licensure required.
• BSN preferred; ADN required for eligibility.
• Strong focus on patient care and QA/QI initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates staff scheduling, educational activities, and evaluations.
• Identifies and resolves issues impacting clinical services.
• Performs QA/QI activities and supports implementation.
• Serves as clinical resource on patient care, flow, and standards.
• Monitors compliance with accreditation, legal and Joint Commission.
• Participates in on-call rotation as scheduled.
