Jobot is seeking an RN Nursing Clinical Coordinator in Orlando, FL. This permanent, non-clinical nursing leadership role focuses on coordinating student rotations and maintaining clinical site relationships. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in-person and 1 day remote.

Requirements include an MSN, Florida RN license (or compact state), and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience. Competitive compensation with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• MSN is required.
• RN license to practice in Florida or in a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and/or maintain relationships with clinical sites and clinical site contracts.
• Coordinate all rotations of students through clinical sites.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clinical agency management and staff.
• Organize procedures for the orientation of students and faculty to clinical sites.
