Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Part-time, hybrid Student Services coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement student placements for nursing programs. This role collaborates with schools and Orlando Health departments to manage internships, clinical rotations, and practicums.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) with 2 years of clinical experience and Florida RN licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting and RN licensure in Florida required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and support to team members, students, and faculty to optimize the Orlando Health Student experience.
• Consults with students, team members, and faculty to ensure alignment of scholarly activities with organizational goals.
• Synthesizes organizational strategy and goals to prioritize and plan for Student Services.
• Partners with Orlando Health departments to coordinate student placements for internships, clinical rotations, or practicums.
• Develops clinical rotation schedules for students and faculty.
• Facilitates the presentation of Orlando Health Orientation to student groups in collaboration with school partners.
• Maintains a database containing student placement information.
• Maintains records of students and faculty involved in scholarly activities at Orlando Health.
