Allergy Partners is seeking a Clinical Coordinator - RN to support clinical operations across multiple sites. Under the Practice Manager, you will coordinate staff scheduling, credentialing, and staff development, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, team leaders, and administrative staff to implement clinical protocols, manage resources, and sustain efficient clinic operations in a busy allergy practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of work experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum one year of work experience in an allergy practice preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated clinical operations under the Practice Manager.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and evaluating clinical personnel.
• Ensure staff are trained, licensed, and credentialed; present clinical information at meetings.
• Manage staff schedules, PTO approvals, and coverage to maintain operations.
• Oversee clinical in-services, competency, and cross-training.
• Support patient care processes and liaison with physicians and team leaders.
