Qualifications

• Minimum five years of work experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum one year of work experience in an allergy practice preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding and communication of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices.
• Basic understanding of utilization review, quality assurance, and managed care process.
• Experience communicating and actively interacting with physicians.
• Analytical ability strongly preferred.
• Ability to utilize an electronic medical record and Microsoft application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated clinical operations under the Practice Manager.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to achieve practice objectives.
• Maintain high-quality, AP supported clinical processes for safe and efficient healthcare.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate clinical personnel.
• Ensure clinical personnel are trained, licensed, and credentialed.
• Manage staff communications and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Schedule clinical personnel across sites and optimize coverage.
