CommonSpirit Health invites experienced RNs to join the 3rd Floor Cardiac Post-Procedural Unit (CPU) at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO. The role coordinates clinical and department activities, links physicians with the care team, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care.

You must be an RN with licensure in Colorado, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to ethical practice. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $8,000 relocation support are available for eligible

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Nursing Specialty Certification (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit and serve as a clinical resource and role model
• Act as liaison between physicians and the patient care team
• Authorize work procedures, assign duties, and manage as shift charge
• Take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide leadership and coordination of unit operations during designated shifts
