Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT invites an experienced Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead the Acute Care Rehab and Post-Surgical departments. You will oversee two specialty teams, provide day-to-day leadership, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across all workflows.

The role requires MT RN licensure, BSN, BLS/ACLS, and a track record of nursing leadership. A Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Montana or Compact MT RN license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
• Master's degree in nursing or relevant field preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ANCC clinical specialty certification required within 3 years of hire
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience; progression from bedside nursing into leadership roles

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Acute Care Rehab and Post Surgical departments.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient patient care delivery.
• Monitor and manage departmental productivity, staffing resources, and workflow.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
• Investigate and manage incident reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to support departmental goals and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and patient care objectives.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct patient care support when staffing needs arise
