Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 7 years RN experience in Med-Surg/Acute Care/ED.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the department in partnership with the Department Director.
• Drive staff development, onboarding, educational events, and annual evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, timecard edits, interviews, quality data collection, incident reporting, sick calls, and daily huddles.
• Provide bedside support during peak census or acuity across Med/Surg, Pediatric, Geriatric, and ED.
• Directly supervise Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Ward Clerks, and Technicians; collaborate with House Supervisors, Physicians, and executive leadership.
