Job summary

Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT, is seeking an Acute Care Rehab RN for nights (1900-0730) on a part-time basis. You will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating with rehab professionals to restore strength and independence after surgery, illness, or injury.

Candidates must hold a Montana RN license (or Compact MT endorsement) and an ADN from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or Compact MT endorsement required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or neurological conditions.
• Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while promoting patient safety and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support recovery and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and discharge preparation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively to changes in patient condition.
