Community Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, in Missoula, MT, seeks a Clinical Coordinator (RN) for Acute Care Rehab and Post-Surgical to lead two specialty departments with ~40 FTEs. You will oversee staffing, quality, safety, and patient outcomes, while mentoring staff and collaborating with physicians and care teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and arranging staffing to meet patient needs, with opportunities to impact operational goals and performance improvement

Qualificações

• RN leadership experience; knowledge of regulatory standards.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; ANCC specialty cert within 3 years of hire.
• Current Montana RN license or Compact with MT endorsement; BSN required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Acute Care Rehab and Post-Surgical departments.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage and efficient care delivery.
• Monitor departmental productivity and workflow; mentor and develop staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as clinical resource and provide direct patient care support when needed.
