Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessment and training needs.
• Provide education on clinical skills and adult learning principles.
• Oversee preceptor program and train staff for orientation.
• Conduct competency assessments and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain documentation compliant with regulations.
