Job summary

Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD seeks an experienced RN for a full-time, day-shift role delivering in-home nursing care with 40 hours per week. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus a $2.50/hr location premium.

The Clinical Care Leader provides comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, documents resident history and medications, collaborates with the care team, and supervises unlicensed staff while upholding licensure and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multistate licensure acceptable.
• BLS required; RAI experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in the home setting using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided.
• Utilize technology to enhance care and supervise unlicensed personnel.
• Lead department tasks and ensure compliance with licensure standards.
