Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Electronic Medical Records experience.
• Customer service orientation and experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple modalities.
• Highly collaborative.
• Empathy and advocacy.
• Exceptional organizing skills, detail-orientation.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Active AZ fingerprint clearance card.

• Deliver end-to-end responsibility for specialist and diagnostic testing navigation.
• Lead and partner with the care team to support patients in their health journey.
• Emphasize customer/patient care excellence, privacy, and compliance.
• Support members in-person and virtually with real-time consults and scheduling.
• Drive improved health outcomes and cost savings.
• Be an empathetic problem-solver and a visible partner to patients.
• Clarify referrals for specialist and diagnostic services.
• Lead development and management of quality programs for patient outreach.
