Columbia University in the City of the City of New York seeks a Clinical Coordinator I (Registered Nurse I) to support physicians, manage EMR charting, and coordinate patient care across settings. The role involves administration of medications/immunizations, POCT, and education via portal, phone, or in person.

Reports to the Nurse Manager and works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient experiences. Requires BSN, NYS RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing education and experience.
• At least 2 years of related nursing experience.
• Current NYS RN license; BLS certification.
• Ability to work across multiple clinical sites.
• Proficient with EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Input patient data into EMR and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, home, and facilities.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Triage calls and educate patients via portal or phone.
• Support infection control and compliance.
• May float to other clinics as needed.
