Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NC or a compact state.

• Hybrid/remote field-based assessment work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCS eligibility assessments using state-approved tools.
• Ensure PCS/CAP services are provided on a needs basis.
• Interview beneficiaries and family members or informal caregivers.
• Submit completed assessments through the state-approved interface.
• Participate in mediation and appeal processes and respond to state inquiries.
