Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing and maintaining triage protocols.
• Screens patient calls for urgency and prioritizes stat requests.
• Advises on treatment according to clinic policy.
• Consults with provider or schedules appointments when needed.
• Maintains educational material for patients and staff.
• Provides patient care to assist clinical personnel.
• Performs room turnover in patient rooms between cases and at day end.
• Develops, maintains and updates standing orders with providers.
• Follow refill request guidelines.
• Assist with patient related activities as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
