Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a supervisor for an outpatient oncology infusion clinic. The role involves overseeing daily clinic operations, addressing staffing and patient care issues, and ensuring smooth scheduling and workflow.

Qualified candidates will hold a Georgia RN license and have at least three years in healthcare management/operations, with administrative responsibilities as needed. This on-site leadership role supports the infusion team and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License.
• Three (3) years of healthcare management and operational experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Time will be spent fulfilling administrative duties except for staffing as RN as needed.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2. Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License
3. Three (3) years of healthcare management and operational experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED

1. Knowledge of Healthcare administration.
2. Knowledge of human resource management including supervision and staff development.
3. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision- making.
4. Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with physician, coworkers, staff, patients, and others as needed.
5. Ability to communicate clearly.
6. Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and direct the work of others.
7. Exhibits skill set for effective leadership including communication expertise, disciplinary skills and coping management through past experience for exhibited performance.
