• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool.
• Supervise primary care ambulatory float pool RNs supporting multiple clinic locations.
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and clinics.
