Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Peoria, IL invites a Registered Nurse to join its mission-driven team. The RN will protect, promote and restore health at the highest licensure, collaborate with providers and care teams to coordinate across the continuum, assess symptoms and provide comfort to patients and families.

Requirements include IL RN license, BLS, BSN preferred, and EMR/MS Office proficiency; travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required.
• BLS for Health Care Providers required.
• 6 months experience as an RN in healthcare environment preferred.
• EMR and Microsoft Office basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the continuum and collaborate with providers and care teams.

Pay range for this position is $31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licenses/Certifications: IL RN License
• American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: BSN
• Experience: 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
• Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
• Other requirements/information: Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites
