Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Peoria, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote and restore health at the highest licensure level. You will collaborate with providers and a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate care across the continuum and support patients and families.

The role requires IL RN license and BLS; BSN preferred and at least 6 months RN experience. EMR and basic MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• IL RN License required.
• BLS for Health Care Providers required.
• BSN preferred.
• 6 months RN experience in healthcare environment recommended.
• EMR and basic Microsoft Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess and support physical symptoms while promoting wellness.
• Provide psychological support to patients, families and friends.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Travel between sites as required.

Pay range for this position is $31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Sign on bonus eligible! $5,000 for external candidates.

• Experience: 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
• Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
• Other requirements/information: Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites
