Watson Clinic seeks an experienced RN supervisor to manage daily operations of clinical service areas and staff. You will oversee staff performance, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency.

The role involves liaison with physicians, participation in QA audits, and managing patient satisfaction initiatives. Prior outpatient management and Florida RN licensure are required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current Florida State RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations of assigned areas to deliver quality patient care and support to physicians.
• Supervise assigned staff; conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist in hiring/firing and ensure compliance with Clinic policies and procedures.
• Maintain QA/RM audits and regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, AAAHC).
• Coordinate physician appointments and schedule changes; communicate with Clinical Director on issues.
