Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager of Operations to plan, organize, and oversee operations in collaboration with the Executive Director. The role includes direct oversight of administrative support and clinic management, aiming to ensure efficient, compliant services across multiple sites.

The candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage supervisory teams, and support the organization’s mission to provide compassionate care to diverse communities. On-site work in CA is required.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services and clinic management.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care and compliance across clinics.
• Lead initiatives within Providence Clinical Network (PCN) and related teams.
