Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two years of healthcare management/practice management experience in ambulatory setting required.
• Demonstrated hands-on clinical nursing proficiency and leadership in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of department clinics and lead committees and staff meetings.
• Provide clinical leadership, direct patient assessments, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Develop and enforce department policies and improve clinical workflow and productivity.
