Job summary

STGi is seeking an RN Clinic Manager to oversee operations at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Sherman, TX. This role centers on patient advocacy, safety, compliance, and efficient clinic management under VA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license (BSN preferred), possess strong leadership and communication skills, and manage staff to ensure timely patient care and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a clinic manager in a patient-care setting (e.g., Family Practice/Adult/Women’s Health).
• RN with active license; BSN preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus; ability to lead and coordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization, leadership, and delegation of clinic tasks with prioritization.
• Serve as Safety Officer and Infection Control Officer for the CBOC.
• Coordinate patient care, billing, and regulatory compliance with VA and STGi requirements.
• Supervise support staff and ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly.
• Prepare and review safety, HIPAA, and privacy documentation and reports.
