Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and advance Trinity Health PACE values across all divisions
- Drive collaborative clinic operations with primary care teams
- Oversee department budget and identify cost-savings opportunities
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff to uphold excellence
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
