Job summary

Alluvion Health in Great Falls, MT seeks a Clinic Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our outpatient care team and provide hands-on clinical support. This full-time role blends nursing expertise with daily operations, driving safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate clinic workflow, and collaborate with providers to maintain high-quality care and strong patient experiences. Starting wage is $31–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• RN license with current, unrestricted status.
• BSN degree required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in a primary healthcare setting or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and maintain accountability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff.
• Coordinate staffing, clinic workflow, and patient care activities.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and staff.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff development.
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback for growth.
• Monitor operations and address clinical, staffing, and patient-care concerns.
• Collaborate with providers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote safe, efficient, patient-centered care and positive experience.
• Support compliance with clinical policies and patient safety standards.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Ensure staffing coverage based on patient needs.
• Provide direct nursing care when needed to maintain patient flow.
