Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Float RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a clinic setting. You will support medical providers, perform nursing procedures, and manage patient flow across multiple clinic sites.

Eligible candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing with current Wisconsin (or multi-state) RN licensure, and BLS certification within 3 months. ACLS preferred and weekend/holidays rotation is not required.

Qualifications

  • Requires RN license in Wisconsin or multi-state license
  • Must have BLS within 3 months of start date
  • Preferred: ACLS技能

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient status and provide nursing care per patient needs
  • Perform phlebotomy and allergy injections as ordered
  • Assist provider with procedures and interpretation of diagnostic results
  • Triage calls and obtain essential information for patient care
  • Lead in department functions and mentor new staff
  • Coordinate referrals and outpatient diagnostics
