Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support two primary care clinics, traveling weekly between River Valley Clinic in Spring Green and Prairie Clinic in Sauk City. The RN provides direct patient care, assists providers, and supports clinic operations.

Active Wisconsin RN license with an Associates degree is required; BSN preferred. BLS within 3 months; ACLS preferred. This is a full-time, 40-hour week position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree in nursing and Wisconsin RN licensure or eligible for licensure.
• BSN preferred for career growth and leadership opportunities.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment in primary care clinics.
• Perform nursing procedures including phlebotomy and allergy injections.
• Assist providers with diagnostic results and procedures.
• Administer medications and educate patients on therapy.
• Triages and screens calls related to patient care; document accurately.
• Coordinate referrals and manage patient flow between clinics.
• Lead department functions and mentor new staff as needed.
• Support care coordination and policy adherence across sites.
