OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center in Loves Park, IL, is hiring an RN for a full-time hourly position. The role emphasizes licensure at the highest nursing level, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and patient-centered care across the continuum.

The ideal candidate will hold current Illinois or Michigan RN licensure, have BLS certification, and preferably a BSN with at least 6 months of RN experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Pay range for this position is $40.94 - $53.26/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

Registered nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

License/Certifications: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)

American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BSN

Experience: 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
