Job summary

UP Health System - Marquette is recruiting an RN Clinic Care Coordinator (Digestive and Liver) to join our outpatient team in Marquette, Michigan. This full-time role supports care coordination, patient education, triage and collaboration with providers to deliver high-quality care.

The position offers 8-hour day shifts, M-F, with two possible start times. Applicants should hold a Michigan RN license and ADN; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license and ADN; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
• 4–5 years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
• Performs quality assurance studies and assists with QA/QI initiatives.
• Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards.
