Mercy Hospital is hiring an OR registered nurse for a full‑time role in Oklahoma City. The position supports a 3 12‑hour shift schedule and a total of 36 hours per week with a sign‑on bonus for new nurses.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of critical care or OR experience. Mercy highlights strong patient safety and teamwork in a dynamic operating room environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

• Preferred experience: 1 year of critical-care or OR experience.

• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift

• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
